RTBTYCOON TOYS SHOP (Toy Tycoon) – Terms of Service

Welcome to RTBTYCOON TOYS SHOP, also known as Toy Tycoon. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our online store, including the purchase and use of remote-controlled (RC) vehicles (cars, boats, planes, helicopters) and diecast collectibles. By purchasing from our website, you agree to these Terms in full.

1. Eligibility & Use

  • You must be at least 18 years old or have the permission of a legal guardian to make purchases on our website.

  • Products listed are intended for hobby use, not for unsupervised child play, unless specifically noted.

2. Product Safety

  • RC Vehicles: Always follow the included user manual for setup, battery charging, operation, and maintenance. Use in safe, open environments.

  • Diecast Toys: Many are not toys but collectible models. These may contain small parts not suitable for children under 3 years of age.

  • Supervision: Adult supervision is recommended for users under 14 years of age when using RC products.

3. Ordering & Payment

  • Orders are processed once payment is confirmed. We accept major credit/debit cards, online payment gateways, and other secure methods as listed at checkout.

  • All prices are in [insert currency] and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

  • Once an order is placed, it cannot be modified or cancelled if it has already been processed or shipped.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are provided during checkout.

  • You are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Toy Tycoon is not liable for orders lost or delayed due to incorrect address details.

  • Delivery delays caused by couriers, weather, customs, or other external factors are out of our control.

5. 7-Day Limited Warranty

  • RC products purchased from Toy Tycoon include a 7-day limited warranty covering manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship from the date of delivery.

  • This warranty does not cover:

    • Damage caused by crashes, misuse, improper assembly, or water exposure (unless specified as waterproof).

    • Normal wear and tear (tires, gears, batteries, etc.).

    • Modified or altered products.

To file a warranty claim, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and provide clear photos or videos of the issue.

6. Returns & Exchanges

  • We accept returns for unused, unopened items within 7 days of delivery.

  • Items must be in original packaging with all included parts, manuals, and accessories.

  • Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.

  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after inspection.

7. Limitation of Liability

By purchasing and using our products, you acknowledge and accept any inherent risks involved in operating RC vehicles. RTBTYCOON TOYS SHOP (Toy Tycoon) is not liable for:

  • Any personal injury or property damage resulting from product use or misuse.

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

8. Product Availability & Pricing

  • All listings are subject to availability. In rare cases, an item may sell out before your order is fulfilled. We will notify you and offer alternatives or a full refund.

  • Prices are subject to change without prior notice. If a pricing error occurs, we reserve the right to cancel any affected orders.

9. Intellectual Property

All logos, product names, images, and website content are property of RTBTYCOON TOYS SHOP or their respective licensors. Unauthorized use or reproduction is prohibited.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law principles. By using our website and purchasing from us, you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
